Return & Refund Policy – Sanjeevani Organics
At Sanjeevani Organics, we strive to provide high-quality organic products and ensure customer satisfaction. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a flexible return and refund policy for both **domestic (India) and international orders.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
- The product received is incorrect or does not match the order.
- The product is expired at the time of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used products.
- Products purchased under clearance sales, special discounts, or promotional offers.
- Any customized or bulk orders unless received in a damaged or defective condition.
2. Return Process (Domestic & International)
Domestic Orders (India)
- Customers must raise a return request within 48 hoursof receiving the product.
- To initiate a return, email us at support@sanjivaniorganics.com with:
- Order ID
- Reason for return
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
- Once the return request is approved, we will arrange for a courier pickup from your address.
- The returned product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all labels intact.
International Orders
- International returns are only accepted in case of a damaged or incorrect product.
- Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order by emailing support@sanjivaniorganics.com.
- Return shipping costs for international orders must be borne by the customer, except for cases where Sanjeevani Organics is at fault.
- Refunds for international orders will be processed only after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
3. Refund Policy
- Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued in the original payment method or as store credit for future purchases, depending on customer preference.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our mistake (damaged, defective, or wrong product).
4. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not been shipped.
- Once the order is shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.
5. Exchange Policy
- We offer exchanges only for damaged or defective products.
- Customers must follow the return process, and once approved, we will ship the replacement product.
